I had an exciting week photographing events, families, and a wedding all around North Dakota. I traveled to Minot (a few times), Bismarck, even explored Bottineau, but I ended my weekend photographing the beautiful Arais Family a few miles from town.
This session was special to me because two of the girls are my students at TGU Towner! It was so fun to get a little more goofy with them and explore a new place—and let me tell you—these girls were ROCKSTARS!! They embraced the moment and were down to walk through weeds & bumpy trails (in HEALS & dresses!!) We ended the session my favorite way—in a field of flowers (ok, they were actually weeds) with a beautiful sunset!!
Thanks girls for not being embarrassed of getting your photos taken by your geeky history teacher and thanks for letting me teach you a little bit about the history of the forest we were in!! Even though I’m enjoying summer, I can’t wait to have you back in my classroom!!
Check out the sneak peek photos below—peep the last two photos where the girls are GLOWING!!
