Watford City Engagement Photos

Last weekend I took a roundtrip out to western North Dakota for Paige + Derik’s engagement photos!! This park was so fun to explore—it had a long shoreline, super soft sand, the BLUEST water ever (kind of had a greenish tint to it), and rolling hills in a distance. Apparently, it is a super popular place in the summer, but because it was freezing out when we went—we had the beach entirely to ourselves.

Paige + Derik, thank you for being such troopers in the freezing weather!!! Also, thanks for trusting me to capture your engagement + wedding!! I am SO excited for your wedding next summer, with the badlands in the distance + you two lovely souls—it will be one for the books for sure!!
