This past summer, I had the pleasure of photographing a truly beautiful wedding up north in Two Harbors, Minnesota. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this day was! From the stunning lakeside views to the vibrant colors that made my jaw drop, this wedding was an absolute dream to capture. Alexandra and Nicholas have such a contagious energy, and their vibes were SO good the entire day! 

The Beginning… 

The day started with so much joy and excitement at a cozy cabin, which set the tone for a super intimate and heartfelt occasion. Getting ready was such a fun part of the day! There were so many laughs and hugs as everyone pitched in to help each other get ready. One of my favorite moments was capturing all the little details – like her ring, which had stunning green gemstones. It was so simple yet elegant, perfectly matching the vibe of the day. And their wedding colors? Oh. My. Gosh! They went with a mix of pinks that just popped in every shot. The flowers were SO vibrant and added the perfect touch to the ceremony space; it was hands down one of my favorite parts!

The Wedding

Their ceremony was incredibly intimate, held right outside the cabin, with the lake right behind them. The way they exited the ceremony was super fun and truly captured who they are as a couple! You could feel the love and connection they share with every guest. I loved how personal and close-knit everything felt!

As sunset approached, we made our way to the lake to capture some golden hour photos. The light was just right, casting a golden glow over the water that made for the most breathtaking photos. The couple looked incredible, and the sunset backdrop added an extra layer of beauty to their photos!

The Reception

Their cake was the cutest – it was so full of color. The details throughout the day were so thoughtfully put together. Her hair was so vibrant and beautiful, and Nicholas’ hat, which complimented his green suit perfectly, was so cute! I’m still swooning over all the color! 

The entire day was filled with endless hugs, infectious laughter, and the happy tears. You could just feel the love radiating from everyone there! It’s moments like these that make you realize how special weddings are. 

A Big Thank You

I want to give a huge shoutout to all the amazing vendors who brought this day to life! Every detail was on point, and it all came together so beautifully.. This Two Harbors, Minnesota wedding was one for the books and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it!
