Fall Engagement Photos in Zimmerman, Minnesota

I woke up at 3AM for Kelsey + Kyle’s engagement session in Zimmerman, Minnesota. Yes, that’s right 3AM!!! But wow, it was so worth it. We met at the Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge and took a stroll down one of the hiking paths. I was immediately excited because it was the perfect location for fall photos!! The turning trees had the most beautiful fall colors and fog glided throughout the park. But to top it all off, Kyle + Kelsey were amazing!!

I was only with them for about an hour, but I could tell that they have something special! The energy, joy, and laugher that they shared was infatuating!! If they were this amazing at 7:00 AM, while fighting mosquitoes and the chilly morning, I can only imagine how wonderful their marriage is going to be 🙂

Kelsey + Kyle, thank you so much for choosing me to capture your love story!! You two were SO awesome to work with—thanks for jumpstarting my car, bringing your adorable pups, and laughing at my weird prompts (OK NOW TWERK!). You guys fit so well together, I’m glad you two found each other!! Congrats again on your engagement—I cannot wait to celebrate & laugh even more at our wedding next year!! 🙂
